Energy Healing Apprenticeship
Empowering you by teaching you how to strengthen your relationship with yourself and everything around you is my jam.

I do this in Soul Sessions anyway, but if you want to dive deeper you can.
I practice various spiritual healing, energy work and shamanic techniques, which can all be added to the training.
​
Below you will find various packages you can choose from depending on what you need. Feel free to talk to me if you have any question or would like a personalised package.

The main part of the apprenticeship are 1:1 Sessions, because I believe that learning about spiritual healing and energy work is a very individual, personal process.
​
But you will also get access to a group of beautiful humans who are learning with you. There will be a monthly online healing circle where you can practice and share within a group setting.
If you want to we can add Western Usui Reiki and the Light Degree System to your training.
​
It's not mandatory. But it's one of many keys to remembering your own relationship with the Spirit World.
I don't offer Reiki attunements without spending at least a few months with me, because I strongly believe that practice is the most important part of integrating Reiki into your life.

There is no obligation to use your powers for other people, you can learn this for yourself only.

Soul Session is a live session where the two of us meet on a virtual video call or on the phone.
Extra support can be used for anything - such as adding additional time to a live session, asking questions, or needing other support in between sessions.
Group session is a monthly healing circle where you get to learn, practice and share with other beautiful humans.
All pricing options are sliding scale, meaning pay what you can, to be as inclusive as possible.
The medium price is covering basic costs for me. The higher price is supporting the community, making it possible for me to charge others less. The lower price is supported by the community.

The costs for Reiki or Light Degree Initiations will be added depending on what you choose.

What is Reiki?
This energy flows in and through you. You receive and send it anytime. With a little practice you can learn to direct them more consciously in order to use them to activate your self-healing powers and many other possibilities.
Rei Ki from Japanese, describes the "invisible energy with mysterious power" which is present and flowing in all life.
Why Reiki?
I would like to acknowledge that Reiki has its roots in Japan and has come a long way since then. There are different schools and techniques. Some Western practices are very different from the Japanese roots. If you like to know more about this, I highly recommend reading this book by Masaki Nishina "Reiki and Japan - A Cultural View of Western and Japanese Reiki".

I have been trained in Western Usui Reiki and the Degrees of Light (this is different from Usui Reiki, but can be easily combined).
In theory, you would not need these teaching systems, and you could go other ways to regain your healing and psychic abilities. In practice, it can be very helpful to remember and consolidate them.
For me personally, both the initiations into the Usui Reiki system and the Degrees of Light, were the perfect introduction to energy work and my psychic abilities... which is why I am so happy to pass this on.
